Who counts as a paid login?
Office people: admins, project managers, office staff and salespeople. Field crew, subcontractors and homeowners are free — add as many as you have.
When does the Company Package make sense?
Once you have more than about 7 office logins. Ten extra logins on Standard would cost more than the package.
What's an AI estimate credit?
One AI-drafted estimate or revision. Standard includes 40 a month for the owner; packs of 20 more are a one-time $10 and never expire.
Do I need QuickBooks?
No. It's optional — connect it to send invoices with a pay link and pull bills in automatically.
What happens after the free trial?
